Zillow had recently shared in March that their Zillow Offers program would stop purchasing homes in the 24 markets they operate in; now they are restarting the program in Phoenix, Tucson, Raleigh and Charlotte; Zillow Offers is one of many companies playing in what’s called the iBuyer space; Others include Opendoor and Redfin; one of the benefits of Zillow Offers is the ability to sell without showings or open houses; the transaction can also close digitally; Recently Zillow announced their earnings where they beat analyst expectations and the company continues to be optimistic about the resiliency of real estate even in times of crisis.
