Revolut Makes New Hires to Boost Governance

UK based digital bank Revolut appointed Standard Life Aberdeen co-chief executive Martin Gilbert as an advisor along with a number of other governance related hires; the moves come at a rough times for the fintech as they have come under fire over their rapid growth and some of their policies towards anti money laundering; “The decision to make these appointments and executive hires was not made lightly and followed an extensive period of search for the right mix of technical and financial expertise,” CEO Nikolay Storonsky said to the FT.
