PeerStreet Begins Lending Again

The real estate platform PeerStreet temporarily paused lending last month due to the coronavirus; now they have resumed lending with a new credit box which is more conservative and provides more protection for investors; this includes lower maximum LTVs and higher minimum FICO scores; interest rates have also increased; the company will continue to make adjustments as we face ever changing market conditions.
