My Quarterly Marketplace Lending Results – Q4 2019

Every quarter, LendIt co-founder Peter Renton shares his marketplace lending returns; in this blog post he shares his Q4 2019 overall returns which came in at 5.12%; his portfolio was impacted significantly by the Lend Academy P2P Fund while accounts invested in Prosper and LendingClub loans had their best quarter since Q1 2017; his investment through Streetshares continues to post returns in the double digits; however given the current economic crisis it is expected that returns will begin to fall when he reports his Q2 2020 returns; other investments as part of his update include Fundrise, YieldStreet, Money360, AlphaFlow, Peerstreet, and P2Binvestor.
