Morgan Stanley Sees Brazil as a Rising Fintech Power

Morgan Stanley recently bought more than $14mn of local subordinated bonds from online lender Geru Tecnologia e Servicos; Brazil has more than 210 fintech companies, that is a jump from 54 in 2015; it is estimated that the opportunity in Brazil cold be about $75bn in the next 10 years, a big opportunity for banks like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to seize upon.
