Monzo and Starling Bank Big Winners at the British Bank Awards

Last night in London the banking community in the UK came together for the annual British Bank Awards; Starling Bank won the coveted title of Best British Bank for the third year in a row with a 98.6% customer satisfaction rating; Tridos Bank was second with a 98.4% rating and Monzo third with 98.2%; Monzo was a winner in the Best Banking App award for the second year in a row; of the 27 categories the only traditional bank to win an award was NatWest with the Best Mortgage Provider award; Zopa won Best Personal Loan Provider and Revolut won Innovation of the Year.
