Grow Credit Closes $2 Million Seed Round

Innovative credit building startup Grow Credit has closed a $2 million seed round that includes an investment from Mucker Labs; Grow Credit uses the Marqeta platform to extend small credit lines to consumers for their online subscriptions like Spotify and Netflix; consumers get free access for up to $15 of credit and pay a monthly fee for larger credit lines; users can improve their credit score by as much as 61 points over a nine month period according to founder Joe Bayen.
