Banks Unsure Where AI Fits best

Artificial intelligence usage continues to increase inside the banking world and banks are trying to figure out where to best utilize the new tech for their customers; chatbots in particular have become all the rage and banks of all sizes are looking to see if they make sense; integrating this new tech is not as simple as it seems, banks need to ensure the chatbot connects into their systems; a bigger discussion is also needed about conversational AI, creating real assistants that help customers in their financial lives is what banks should be building; just popping up a chatbot will not provide a better experience nor will it make the bank innovative.
