Bank of America’s AI Assistant Reaches 7 Million Users

Bank of America’s AI powered digital assistant Erica has now reached more than 7 million users with over 50 million requests; David Tyrie, the Head of Advanced Solutions and Digital Banking at Bank of America, talks about success in a release, “It’s been a solid first year, but we’re just beginning to scratch the surface of Erica’s full potential to transform the client experience and help them live their best financial lives.”; 15 percent of users are from generation Z, 49 percent are millennials and 16 percent are baby boomers; the bank also released that there are now 400,000 ways a customer can ask a question, up from 200,000 and more than 500,000 new users engage each month.
